Emilia, 2001

Two years after her breakthrough and following promos, tours, performances, duet with Oli P., Emilia gave us chance to listening to her again. This album is quite different than previous, Emilia shows us her new singing. She is cheerful, she plays, smiles! Songs are more up tempo and happy than before.

“After “Big Big World” there may have been a picture of me as a bit sad and melancholy, but I really don’t fit that description. In that sense the new album shows more of who I really am”, Emilia said. :)

Oh so we see now the real Emilia. She tells us a lot about love again but her songs are different. She sings about pain and separation but also about boys, playing in love, ideal girlfriend, she is dancing, she’s cheeky, she gives clues how to win a boy’s heart and many more. And what is more, fans of Bryan Adams surely will recognize one of his songs on Emilia’s album. It is “Heaven”, its woman version, nice and subtle. What can we add more? Just three words.
